Staci is a certified NASM personal trainer, Holy Yoga instructor and Functional Aging Specialist. Her goal is to provide functional fitness practices to those seeking activity and nutrition habits that will sustain the years ahead. Staci believes every person possesses a desire to feel healthy and confident and is passionate about helping others cultivate that desire. Her favorite things to do outside of the gym include running, camping, hiking, kayaking, and Spartan obstacle course racing!
