Do you have different membership levels?

All new members start in our gym with the 28 Day Program.

 

 

Do you have Child Care?

Yes we do! We call it Child Watch and it’s included in our membership. The hours of Child Watch will be in sync with our group class schedule so parents can enjoy a class without worrying about their child.

 

What ages are allowed in Child Watch?

Children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old are welcome in the Child Watch room and may stay there up to 2 hours a day while their parent(s) enjoy their workout.  Kids 13+ may participate in group classes if they have been added as a family member. Just ask a staff member for all the details.

 

What is the membership cancellation policy?

Our initial memberships are just one month long. This gives you an opportunity to get to know us and see if you like all the attention and support you receive. If you are a good fit for the club then you’ll be offered a longer membership.

Please consult the terms of your membership agreement for cancellation details or just ask a friendly staff about your account.

 

What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled personal training session?

Scheduled personal training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Can I bring a guest?

With our memberships, you may bring a guest (even the same guest repeatedly) during our regularly staffed hours. However, they won’t have access to Group Exercise classes or Child care and you must remain with them. Please check with a staff member for all the details.
