Do you have different membership levels?

We have two primary membership: 24/7 Elite and 24/7.

The 24/7 Elite is our top membership level and provides the best value as it includes instructor led group exercise, small group classes, child watch, access to the special GX room, guest privileges and 24/7 access.

For members needing 24 hour access without the extra benefits we offer our 24/7 membership.

For our Active Seniors in the community we have a special membership – SILVER.

Do you have Child Care?

Yes we do! We call it Child Watch and it’s included in our 24/7 Elite membership. The hours of Child Watch will be in sync with our group class schedule so parents can enjoy a class without worrying about their child.

What ages are allowed in Child Watch?

Children ages 6 weeks and up are welcome in the Child Watch room and may stay there up to 2 hours a day while their parent(s) enjoy their workout.  Kids 13+ may participate in group classes if they have been added as a family member to a 24/7 Elite membership.

What is the membership cancellation policy?

All of our monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 90 days notice.

If you have any billing questions at any time please see a staff member, call us at 832-742-7140 or email us at billing@rhsfit.com. Sometimes cancelling isn’t your best option, so be sure to talk to a staff member before you cancel. You have options!

Can I pay my membership in full?

Yes, you can! At any time if you want to save the hassles of monthly billing, you can switch to a 12 month paid in full membership and receive a discount! Just speak to a staff member to get all the details.

Can I place my membership on hold?

YES, unless you have a special membership package that excludes holds. Members may place their membership on hold once every 12 months for a month.

What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled personal training session?

Scheduled personal training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Can I bring a guest?

If you have the 24/7 Elite membership, absolutely! Your guest is welcome during our regular staffed hours. They won’t have access to Group Exercise or Child care.
