Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin Rhythms with easy moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Routines feature interval training sessions combining fast and slow rhythms with resistance training. You will tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

RHSFit Instructors will utilize your MyZone Activity levels to encourage you, while dancing and making friends! This class works in the blue to yellow zones and will earn you 2-4 meps per minute!
