Six Pack

Spend 15 min burning your core! The INTENSE focus of this class is the key to success. You will build a powerhouse which will improve your posture, stability, balance and provide a strong foundation for an active daily life, you might even gain a 6-pack!

Our RHSFit Trainers will utilize your MyZone Activity levels in real time to keep you working hard! This class typically works in the grey to green zones, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself in the RED. You can expect to earn 1-4 meps per min.
